Delivery

Order placed? Hooray! After your order has been placed, we will start packing your order discreetly as soon as possible. As soon as it has been given to the parcel delivery person, you will receive an email about this. After that, it will take about 1 to 2 days before your package arrives.

Sent discreetly

All packages are shipped discreetly. This means that you cannot see from the outside where your package came from. So you don't have to worry if you are not at home and your package is delivered at your neighbors house.

Would you rather not have your package delivered to your neighbors? Then, before checking out, select ' Special instructions for ordering' down 'do not deliver to neighbors'.

Is your package sent via PostNL or DHL? Then you can also choose to have your package delivered to a service point via the apps of these parcel delivery companies.

Shipping time

After your order is placed, we will start packing your discreet order as soon as possible. After that, the shipping time depends on the parcel carrier.

DPD - average of 2 days, Monday to Friday
PostNL - average 1 to 2 days, Monday to Saturday
DHL - average 1 to 2 days, Monday to Saturday

You will receive emails from the parcel delivery service, so that you know exactly where your parcel is. Or track your parcel via this page .

Shipping costs

You pay for every order in the Netherlands below €100 a fixed amount of €4.95 shipping costs. All orders to Belgium cost €7,50. Free delivery for all orders from €100.
