We further explain the use of cookies via this link.

Functional cookies can also be disabled via your browser settings. Please note that our website may then no longer function optimally.

7. Google Analytics and Google Ads

We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our webshop, and Google Ads to display advertisements and measure their effectiveness. We have concluded a processor agreement with Google to make arrangements regarding the handling of our data. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services.

From August 2026, Google also uses IP addresses for measuring and personalizing advertisements within the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. More information about how Google processes your data as a user can be found via the link below:

8. Server-side tracking

We use server-side tracking for, among other things, Google Analytics and other marketing tools. Data such as IP address, device data, and page visits are first sent to our own server, before (if applicable and with consent) being forwarded to external parties such as Google or Meta.

This method gives us more control over what data is shared and allows us to better protect your privacy. Tracking only occurs if you have given consent via our cookie banner.

9. Security

We take careful security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data. These measures are part of our processes and are periodically reviewed.

10. Retention periods

The personal data described above will be stored for as long as necessary to process your orders, including warranty. After that, we will retain your data for a maximum of one year for the statistical purposes described. The data will then be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer retention (such as the seven-year tax retention obligation for payment data).

11. Third-party websites

In our shop, you will also find links to websites of other parties or references to us. Although we carefully select and monitor these relationships, we are not responsible for the processing of your data via these websites. This privacy statement does not apply to them.
